Thanks Paul. I was thinking the same. I should have still upped the exposure a bit to make it pop more -- maybe add a little fill flash through Lightroom. I tend to avoid as much post-processing as I can, but this one would have benefitted from it.

This image needs to be viewed in the original size, IMO; the details are lost in the smaller size. I like the strong diagonals. In the medium size shown on the flickr page (here) the uneven lighting seems odd, but with the increased detail of the large size it's nice. -- Seen in my contacts' photos.
