This was once the Commodore's Terrace (Tradewinds Terrace on the Constitution), a 180 degree lounge looking aft over the Promenade deck's rear promenade, and the expansive Upper deck, one deck below. It was just aft of the main showroom. Many a night, sitting in this bar, on an especially rough passage through a channel between islands, as the ship would list, you'd hear "ker THUNK" and see a wall of water hit the side wall of the pool one deck below, and reach TWO decks above. It was unREAL!!
