Great angle, and well exposed too.

I like how the bow disappears into the dark on the left of the frame.

An abandoned cruise ship?? You find the awesomest of locations.
I was just looking at a 4x5 (a Wista 45) and was tempted to empty out my entire checking account on that thing. Large format looks like too much fun..

Yes it is very fun. Chances are you might be able to find a whole 4x5 set up for under a grand. It is a lot, yeah, but when you think about it, you're getting three times the size of your best digi-cam print for half or one-third the price. I've learned so much about photography just practicing the patience required of a 4x5 rig. When are you leaving Cali? I might be down in your direction again before x-mas for some shooting.

Ah! I'm already in Seattle. Too bad I missed you while I was in CA.
Anyway, the 4x5 I was looking at, with lens, was just under a grand. And man was it fun. The lens tilted in just about every direction possible. And yeah, what's the fun in digital when there's large format? I know there are some digitals that are up there in the 25 megapixel range, but then you're spending about the same as you would on a brand new SUV...
