Staples at MCS Depository
Unfortunately, yes, these are all staples. A massive pile of hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions, of individual staples gone to waste. Unlike the books that burned in this warehouse, these staples could not have gone "out of date." They simply rusted away, never to be used. I could only imagine how many times my own teachers in high school told me to use school supplies sparingly. Seeing this is very nauseating; it’s the very personification of bureaucratic mismanagement and waste that we’re all well familiar with, but which I hope will soon be a thing of the past.

I don't think its going to happen. People like this don't change their ways and see nothing wrong with what they do and how they waste resources.
