Interestingly, when I worked aboard the S.S. Constitution and S.S. Independence from 1984-1992, only the Constitution had this frog sculpture on the Sun Deck swimming pool, and an arc of water was flowing from it's mouth nearly half the length of the pool. This pool was all but deserted while in port, and it was very serene.
